Board Pack

Step by step on how to:

Compiling board packs can be a time-consuming exercise. Doxit includes a purpose-made tool for company secretaries to generate board packs electronically. This includes automatically inserting a table of contents, tab numbers, titles and so much more. You can use the Board Pack feature free of charge by clicking on the "Register" button.

When you are on the Doxit platform click on the upload icon and upload your documents.

Click on the Board Pack icon.

Merge the documents in the correct order.

Insert the tab numbers and the tab titles above the page sections.

Select the merged document by clicking on the tick-box next to the image of the document.

Click on the RED  "Create Boardpack" button.
